Alex Hazel
As General Manager of Atlantic Marinas, Alex oversees “anything and everything” at our three marina properties. He joined The Brick Companies 16 years ago and has been instrumental in growing and improving our facilities as well as ensuring members and their guests have a remarkable experience at Atlantic Marinas. Alex loves springtime in the marina yard and welcoming members back for another boating season. In his spare time, he enjoys getting out on his boat, golfing, cheering on the O’s, spending time with family, friends, and his dog, a Belgian Malinois named Echo, cat named Piper, and his 7 chickens.
Megan Gutierrez
Megan is an integral part of the Atlantic Marinas team as her duties impact all facets of the marina from answering inquiries, assisting members, scheduling/selling services, overseeing billing, and hosting member events. Megan started with Atlantic Marinas in 2015 and really enjoys getting to know members and their families. Interestingly, Megan is a certified storm spotter for the National Weather Service and takes storm and nature photography. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading manga and hanging out with her teenage son.
Adrienne Meredith
Adrienne joined the Atlantic Marinas team in 2007, after The Brick Companies acquired the Magothy location where she had worked since 2001. For many years, Adrienne served as an integral part of the Atlantic Marinas team as an Office Administrator, supporting all three Atlantic Marina properties. Adrienne has gained a vast amount of experience and takes a lot of pride in ensuring members have the best possible boating experience. She also loves meeting all the boat dogs! In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys boating, kayaking, is an avid runner and loves hanging out with her dog or tending to her houseplant collection.
Tom Meredith
Tom Meredith oversees daily marina operations as the Facility Manager of Atlantic Marinas on the Patapsco. This includes maintaining the extensive yard, assisting members, forklift operations, and launching/hauling boats. He has been a valuable part of the Atlantic Marinas team for over 13 years and loves developing relationships with members. Outside of work at the marina, Tom enjoys playing golf, boating, and spending quality time with his dog.
John Eger
As the Yard Manager of Atlantic Marinas at Ferry Point, John joined the Atlantic Marinas team in 2019 when The Brick Companies acquired the property. John is a dependable and friendly face that maintains the yard, assists members, and runs the travel lift operations. As a true “people person” John loves interacting with members and sharing his love of boating. Outside of work hours, John enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and taking little adventures on their boat.
Dale Ottoviano
Dale has been with Atlantic Marinas for 15 years and operates the lifts and maintains facilities. He enjoys taking on any job that improves the member experience. Recently, he constructed a new paddleboard storage rack near the beach at Patapsco. Dales loves a good laugh and can often be found keeping the mood light by joking around with members. In his spare time, he loves to get out on his boat.
